Service availability

Knight Kitten helps you prepare knight cat video scenes. Video generation is available to signed-in users with verified email when the service is enabled. Features and model availability may change. When payments are enabled, video generation requires sufficient credits. Each video costs 10 credits; purchase a credit pack if your balance is insufficient.

Your content

Submit only prompts, images, and other materials you own or have permission to use. Obtain the necessary authorization for another person's likeness, voice, or personal information. Authorization does not override the restrictions below. Review your prompts and results before sharing and disclose that outputs are AI-generated.

AIGC content standards: six prohibited categories

These rules apply to prompts, uploads (when available), outputs, and content stored or shared through this service. You must not request, generate, upload, or distribute:

1. Pornography / NSFW: pornography, explicit sexual acts, adult sexual content, sexualized nudity, promotion of sexual services, or non-consensual intimate imagery. Pornography and adult sexual content are prohibited regardless of consent.
2. Violence / gore: graphic injuries, dismemberment, torture, animal abuse, or content encouraging, glorifying, or instructing real-world violence, terrorism, or self-harm. Non-graphic fictional knight adventures must not include these depictions.
3. Hate speech: content inciting hatred, discrimination, or violence, or degrading or dehumanizing groups based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
4. Child-unsafe content (CSAM): sexualization, nudity, sexual exploitation, grooming, or abuse involving minors or people depicted as minors, including wholly synthetic, fictional, or cartoon representations.
5. Deepfakes / impersonation: deepfakes of real people, including face swaps, undressing, fabricated intimate scenes, or fabricated speech or conduct, regardless of consent; and impersonating people, brands, or organizations or misleading others into believing synthetic content is authentic.
6. Copyright / trademark infringement: unauthorized use of protected works, characters, marks, or other materials to create infringing content, or falsely suggesting authorization, affiliation, or endorsement by a rights holder.

Circumventing safety restrictions, repeatedly submitting rejected requests maliciously, fraud, and other unlawful uses are prohibited.

Content review and enforcement

Video generation uses Seedance. The server enables the model’s NSFW checker, which does not guarantee detection of all prohibited content. Additional Waffo prompt screening is enabled when merchant credentials are configured; it is not active while merchant onboarding is pending and credentials are absent. When enabled, we screen the final text prompt before calling the video model and proceed only when the result is allow. Blocked prompts are not generated; review or unavailable responses pause submission and do not deduct credits. Text screening does not inspect uploaded images or replace review of outputs. Neither this screening nor the model checker guarantees detection of all prohibited content.

Content reports are accepted through support tickets. The review process is to examine the report and relevant task records, assess the rules above, decide and carry out appropriate action, and communicate the outcome through the ticket. Prompts, materials, outputs, and account information are used only as necessary to investigate the report and meet legal obligations.

Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, we may require modification or removal of content, stop generation access, or terminate service. Child sexual exploitation, serious violence, and suspected unlawful content receive priority, with necessary records preserved and reports made to competent authorities as required by law. For content hosted by external providers, we may request removal from those providers; we cannot guarantee control over copies already downloaded or distributed outside this service.

Reporting and appeals

We acknowledge content reports and appeals within 3 business days, and provide a decision or an explanation of additional investigation and an expected completion date within 7 business days of receipt. Suspected child sexual exploitation and imminent serious harm receive priority. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in China. Reports may be submitted by email to support@knightkitten.org without signing in. Appeals are reviewed on the same timetable.

Signed-in users can report violations or appeal a decision through account support tickets. Use the subject “Content report” or “Content appeal” and provide a task ID or link, the relevant prohibited category, an explanation, and necessary evidence. For suspected child sexual exploitation, do not download, copy, or attach the imagery; provide location information only.

If you disagree with an outcome, reply in the same ticket with your reasons and additional evidence to request another review. Do not include passwords, full payment card details, or unrelated sensitive information.

AI-generated results

Outputs may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unsuccessful. Scene illustrations on this site are concept art, not examples of video model output. The service does not guarantee video duration, resolution, character consistency, or exclusive rights.

Provider terms and saving results

The connected provider's terms apply to generated output, including any commercial-use restrictions. Save completed results promptly: provider links may expire. Generation is asynchronous and a network failure may require manual review; do not repeatedly resubmit an uncertain task.

Billing, refunds, and support

Purchase availability is shown on the pricing page. Refund eligibility, deadlines, and procedures are governed by our Refund Policy: fully unused purchases may be refunded within 7 days of payment. Used purchases are normally non-refundable, except duplicate charges, failure-related non-delivery that cannot be remedied, and statutory refund rights. All packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Purchased credits are valid for 365 days.
